Meet Your Parts: An IFS Experience — August 13, 2026

What would it mean to finally meet yourself — with curiosity instead of criticism?

Meet Your Parts is an immersive IFS experience — a grounding space to identify and map your inner voices, protectors, and wounded pieces that shape who you are.

Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and hands-on use of the IFS Parts Cards, you'll begin building a real relationship with every part of yourself.

In this workshop, you will:

• Get introduced to the IFS Parts Work framework in an accessible, grounded way
• Use the IFS Parts Cards to identify and explore your inner parts
• Practice meeting your protective and vulnerable parts with compassion
• Begin mapping your internal system and understanding how your parts interact
• Leave with tools you can continue using on your own

This workshop is for you if you're an Arab woman or non-binary individual ready to gently explore your inner world through the lens of Internal Family Systems.
